Why why why would you put a photo of an ID that has a date of birth and an address and a social security number for any one to see and use the info? Oh yeah, if it is legit and that is you it should work. Many places now scan ID's to verify they are valid.

Several locations will only accept government issued picture ids z

Most likely not.

No, only state or federal government issued identification cards are acceptable
